Household and similar electrical appliances - Safety Part 2-73: Particular requirements for fixed immersion heaters
This International Standard deals with the safety of fixed electric immersion heaters for
household and similar purposes that are intended for installation in a water tank open to
the atmosphere
for heating water to a temperature below its boiling point. The rated
voltage is not more than 250 V for single-phase appliances and 480 V for other appliances
