The Legal Affairs Unit is responsible for developing and reviewing legislation related to the work of the JSMO, and providing legal advice by harmonization of decisions issued by administration with all laws, regulations and instructions to prevent conflict or duplication.
The Legal Affairs unit is also responsible for following up the cases that are referred to the judicial authorities, where the unit takes all legal procedures against violators, in addition to representing the JSMO in cases filed by the JSMO or cases brought on it before the regular courts.
