Submit the inquiry by any of the following ways:
  • Coming in person.

1-In case the documents are requested by a governmental or an official body or by companies and factories:
  • Apply for the purchase of a non-Jordanian standard.
  • The body is provided with a price offer.
  • Submit an official letter to confirm the request for documents after viewing the price offer.
  • The governmental or official body is provided with a financial claim requesting the payment of fees. Companies and factories on the other hand must pay fees by personal attendance.
  2. If the documents are requested by personal attendance::
  • Apply for the purchase of a non-Jordanian standard.
  • Payment of fees using the collection warrant in the organization's fund..
  • Receive the required documents.

1-In case the documents/electronic guidelines are requested by a governmental or official body or by companies and factories:
  • Apply for the purchase of standard and/or a Jordanian technical regulation or their electronic guidelines.
  • The body is provided with a price offer.
  • Submit an official letter to confirm the request for documents/electronic guidelines after viewing the price offer.
  • The governmental or official body is provided with a financial claim requesting the payment of fees. Companies and factories on the other hand must pay fees by personal attendance.
  • -Receive the required documents.

  2. If the documents or electronic guidelines are requested by a party abroad:

  • Apply for the purchase of a standard and/or a Jordanian technical regulation or their electronic guidelines.
  • The body is provided with a price offer containing the numbers and titles of the required standard as well as bank information.
  • Formally request the documents / electronic guidelines.
  • Payment of fees (Financial transfer)
  • -Receive the required documents upon getting a bank notice regarding the payment of fees.

  3. If the documents or electronic guidelines are requested by personal attendance:​

-Apply for the purchase of a standard and/or a Jordanian technical regulation or their electronic guidelines.

-Payment of fees by a collection warrant.​
