The Financial Affairs ,establishes, records, and classifies all operations related to the financial issue according to the international accounting standards, walking on their fund collections, as well as preparing financial reports , issuing audited closing financial statements , managing purchasing processes, following up on supplies and warehouses, and providing the institution’s staff with their needs of supplies and materials.
Administrative Affairs , organizes and manages the process of receiving and distributing mail, archiving all incoming and outgoing documents, printing documents, adding managing the organization’s vehicles and maintaining the institution’s buildings and facilities.

Accounting Division
- Preparing the estimated budgets in coordination with the units.
- Preparing the monthly financial reports according to the organization's resources consumption.
- Issuing monthly financial positions regarding units spending.
- Developing a plan for receivables collections.
- Pay the bills and receipt it.
- Preparing the balance sheet (supported by external auditing office).
Procurement Division
- Executing and completing the procurement of materials needed by the institution and providing them in the required time.
- Follow up maintenance contracts with external destinations.
- Follow up the evaluation of suppliers and determine their categories according to the established work methodologies.
- Polling suppliers and submitting related reports.
Supplies and warehouse Division
- Managing the institution's stock of material supplies.
- Follow up the personnel custody.
- Receipt of materials supplied through procurement (direct purchase, bids, purchases committee, or transfer from other departments).
- Securing the organizational units with the daily needs of supplies.
Bid Division
Coordinate the work of the Bid Committee and follow up the implementation of the decisions taken and issued by it.
Bureau and Support Services section
- Management and distribution of incoming mail and internal memo.
- Electronic archiving of incoming and outgoing
- Official documents and memos.
- Export and import official documents.
- Implementation of organization's maintenance works, and follow up the maintenance contracts.
- Organizing the vehicles movement and its insurance .
- Receive internal and external telephone calls and transfer it to the related party.
